I recently wrote a blog on the power and influence of analog customers (http://syedhasan.typepad.com/syeds_customer_experience/2008/07/beware-of-you-1.html). One of the examples I used was a Ford driver that had put a "this is a lemon" sign in his window to share his experience with everyone he drove by. I recently came across this picture that takes it to a whole new level. This is the analog customer in action! Corporations beware.
